Shipping

1. After we've shipped your plants, an email with TRACKING NUMBER will be sent to you. You can check your tracking status in the courier company's website. Please note that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any of the late shipment and it is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment whereabouts. We are also NOT responsible if your plants are detained by the East Malaysia customs. We are not affiliated to the courier companies in any ways. We hope we can own our own transport/logistic company in the future so we can provide better service to customers.

2. Our shipping schedule is from every Monday-Wednesday only. Any orders made after wednesday 12pm will be sent the following week.

3. PLEASE do not expose your plants to strong sunlight when you first received the plants. Please water it moderately and please do not use soil with bad drainage. Lastly, please do not plant your fruit trees on the ground immediately, give it 1 month in the polybeg before you move to the ground. It is important.
